The name is out and the logo is up, so what's next for the Grizzlies?
The team is in search for their first Head Coach and according to owner Chad Dittman there are several options on the table. The biggest one will be coming from ex NFL quarterback John Fourcade. Even though is a tentative offer Grizzlies owner is hoping to give more stability to the coaching staff by hiring a local coach. After seeing what transplanted in anchorage last season, I believe this could turn out to be good for us in a long term prospective, plus this will give a chance for the organization to have someone that live in this community all year long, have a chance to recruit some of the local players and develop the interest for Indoor football right here in the Fairbanks area.

Head coach is schedule to be announced at the end of the month begging of December.
